Currently, Rakhi serves as the Director of ARPANET Computers and vocational institute, a National Board of Computer Education-affiliated institute, where she has been instrumental in shaping the careers of students in a different way and giving guidance to students as a career counsellor too. She is also the Secretary of Param Foundations, an organization dedicated to providing computer and vocational education. Moreover, she conducts the SHRI PARSHV INSTITUTE, affiliated with AISECT Group of Universities(AISECT UNIVERSITY BIHAR , AISECT UNIVERSITY JHARKHAND, RABINDRANATH TAGORE UNIVERSITY BHOPAL, C.V.RAMAN UNIVERSITY KHANDVA, C.V.RAMAN UNIVERSITY BILASPUR, SCOPE SKILLS GLOBAL UNIVERSITY), demonstrating her commitment to education and skill development. Rakhi's professional journey is marked by her earlier roles as an Assistant Professor at Govt.Hamidiya College, Bhopal (2010), and L.B.S. College, Ganj Basoda (2007). Her teaching experience also includes a stint as a computer teacher at Vishal Computers, Basoda, in 2008. Her achievements have earned her national recognition. In 2019, she was awarded "Best of Madhya Pradesh" by the National Board of Computer Education in Kolkata for her exceptional performance. That same year, she received the "Best Silver Center of the Year" award in Madhya Pradesh. In 2020, she was honored with the "Best Excellence Award in Career Counsellor Education" by the Women’s Empowerment Awareness India Awards. Earlier in her career, Rakhi's academic excellence was recognized when she was awarded first place in Post-Graduation in Computer Science by All Tech Computer Education.
In addition to her professional accolades, Rakhi has a creative side, excelling in embroidery, stitching, beautician, dance, mehendi art, rangoli art and other skills, with notable achievements in these areas dating back to 2004-2005.
